After a few minutes of standing, Cyrus finally grew tired of waiting. With a malicious grin, he called out loudly: "Customer!!"

Serafyna yelped and tripped over a pile of books, knocking two more on top of her. Only a twitching hand was left unburied by the mound.

Cyrus cursed under his breath as the mound of books fell upon Serafyna. With relatively lithe movements, he caulted over piles of books until he arrived at the twitching hand of the librarian. Frantically, he removed the books from on top of her and sat, staring at her as if she were a novelty.
"In hindsight, maybe I should've just looked for ya? Saved you a bruise or two?"

Serafyna turned a light pink as she sat up. "O- oh m- Mister Cyrus! I- Its okay, really!" she stammered, even though she was a little sore and her head ached, and a trickled of blood from where a particularily sharp book had hit trickled from a tiny cut above her brow.

Cyrus frowned at Fina's state, kneeling down next to her with that same incredulous look stuck on his face as he spoke, "Did I seriously give you that much of a scare that you were almost murdered by your own books?" In a way, he thought the situaion was humorous... but in another, he had a genuine chord of concern being plucked within his chest.

Serafynas eyes widened. "R- really I'm alr- right!" she stammered as she tried to stand. Her foot stepped on a book and slid out, and she immediatly latched onto Cyrus for support."A- ah I'm s- s- so s- sor- sorry!" she sqwuaked.

Cyrus watched with an amused expression, "If you say so... Need a ha-" but, before he could finish his question, she had fallen upon him. His expression changed to one of discomfort, his face changing to a peculiar shade of red as he sighed out, "It's... Er... It's fine. Take your time." He kept his arms at his sides, eyes closed as he waited for her to get back up... Though, not necessarily waiting. The man was petrified.

Serafyna wasted no time in righting herself, mortified. "Im s- sorry!" she repeated yet again, looking the part of a terrified pup.

Cyrus let out a long, drawn out breath as the pressure fluttered away from his chest. His heartbeat, though, refused to slow to a 'normal' pace. Oddly, with everything that had been going on this pace might as well be considered normal... As Fina returned to an upright, standing position, he took a few moments to catch his breath before grasping Reithmauw's hilt. Cyrus calmly strode to a nearby pile of books, stashing his katana inside incase any wandering eyes outside, or in, decided they wanted it. Once done, he spun around to face Fina with a befuddled expression.
"Er... Figured you might like some company." Was what he spat out before awkwardly shifting his gaze amongst the mounds of books.
