The Kiilk Sewers

Deep in the lowest level of the city, by the river that takes away the citys trash and dumps it into the bottomless canyon, a door leads to the network of rooms that function for buisness and such of the Shaedral faction. The largest room has a balcony, and acts as the feast room for celebrations of macabre style.
